The proprietorship consists of the Proprietor, Nathan Schreiber, who serves as the Chair of the Proprietary Board for Yews School. Supporting this governance structure is the Director of Education, who holds an executive role with dual accountability—reporting both to the Resicare Senior Management Team (SMT) and directly to the Proprietor.
In addition, the school benefits from an Advisory Board, which includes key stakeholders with expertise in safeguarding and curriculum development. This board provides strategic support to the provision lead and acts as a critical friend, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement across the school.
