Emma Manko – Provision Lead
With over 17 years of experience in the education sector, I am proud to be the Provision Lead at The Yews School. Throughout my career, I have developed a broad range of
skills that support both our staff team and, most importantly, the children in our care.
I am passionate about recognising each child as an individual and ensuring their unique needs are understood and met. Seeing pupils grow, develop, and gain confidence
through meaningful experiences is what inspires me in this role. At The Yews, we follow a bespoke curriculum centred on the whole child, designed to meet their EHCP
outcomes and support their personalised development.
My aim is to equip every child with the skills and tools they need to thrive and achieve the highest possible level of independence. My ethos is to create a fun, enriching, and
personalised learning experience that prepares children for adulthood, while ensuring a safe, supportive environment where every learner can succeed
